No card up front. Sign up, run real jobs through the system for 14 days, then pick a plan. If you don't, your data is exported and the workspace is closed — no surprise charges.

Up or down, any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We don't throttle production work. You'll get an in-app banner letting you know you've hit the cap, with a one-click upgrade link. Existing jobs and users keep working — only new ones are blocked until you upgrade.

Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap. For now, all plans bill monthly. Drop us a line if you'd prefer to pre-pay annually — we'll work something out.

Card and EFT via Paystack. We invoice tax on top of the listed price for VAT-registered businesses; the listed price already includes VAT for everyone else.

Yes. Customers, jobs, photos, invoices — all exportable to CSV/PDF at any time, including after you cancel. We hold a 30-day grace period on cancelled accounts before deletion.
