For your team / Warehouse
Warehouse.
You stand between production and the install crew. The warehouse view is the picking list, the kit check, and the handover — what came off the printer, what gets packaged for site, what gets loaded onto the van. Nothing leaves the shop without a record.
What you see.
- What's printed and laminated, ready to package
- What's pending — still in production, projected for tomorrow
- What's packaged and waiting for an applicator handover
- Picking list per project — prints, panels, fittings, fasteners
What you can do.
- Sign off Package stage — kit checked, ready for site
- Sign off Deliver stage — handed to applicator with a record
- Log substitutions — used silver M3 not brushed because supplier short
- Update consumable usage — the actual numbers, not estimates
Picking lists from the BOM.
When a project enters the Package stage, the system generates a picking list from the design's bill of materials — every panel, every fitting, every consumable. You walk the list, tick what's in the kit, flag anything that's substituted or short. The applicator gets a kit they can trust; you get a record of what actually left the shop.
